Using Zoho Livedesk for over an year now.

Zoho Helpdesk is am awesome, fully customizable livedesk, i have been using this for my official purposes to increase sales to website. I have only used a free version and its awesome, its smooth and responsive with option for several operators/departments, canned responses etc. Best part is it can be configured in phone using IM+ , i have done it and its is good. Hope this helps :)

Working buttery smooth

Zoho livedesk is very responsive . and they giving replys there customers as soon as possible . good going zoho ! and also zoho is big website building website .in which you don't want to be a expert in any web designing languages like PHP , HTML , Because zoho is providing website builder which is helpful for the beginers !
