I used to have a hard time remembering all my passwords, and I was always worried about forgetting them or using the same one everywhere. But ever since I started using 1Password, everything's been so much easier and safer. The app is super easy to use. It helps me create strong passwords.

What do you like best about 1Password?
I also love that I can store other important stuff in there too, like my Wi-Fi password, ID numbers, and notes. It even lets me know if any of my passwords have been in a data breach, so I can change them quickly.
What do you dislike about 1Password?
You have to pay for it. There’s no forever-free version like some other apps. Setting it up for the first time can feel a little confusing if youre not tech-savvy. Sharing passwords with others is possible, but it can be a bit tricky to figure out.

What do you like best about 1Password?
I like that 1Password allows me to access all of our systems passwords from any device quickly and securely. Being able to automatically log into web pages and applications saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about 1Password?
I miss some advanced multi-factor authentication features for web logins.

The only thing I feel is missing is a password auditing tools.

This platform has greatly simplified and strengthened the way I manage login credentials and account security in my company. Keeping track of numerous passwords for both desktop computers and mobile devices while trying to stay safe is a herculean task for staff, not to mention a business owner who is the custodian of all software and access control. This software is like my spare brain or memory bank.

I use 1Password to securely store various data, sync it across all my devices (Macs, iPads, iPhones), and share 1Password databases with select clients. 1Password generates unique secure passwords, populates password entry fields on websites, and securely manages everything. I have 3,700 passwords, software licenses, and credit cards stored in my 1Password database. Without a similarly secure way to manage that data, I would be utterly unable to work efficiently. I have introduced countless clients to 1Password, and it has become an equally vital part of their daily workflow as well.

What do you like best about 1Password?
Convenient, secure access to my passwords anywhere. Auto-generates secure, long, random passwords I would never be able to remember with so many I have to keep track of. Its a small thing, but the numbers and punctuation are shown in different colors.
What do you dislike about 1Password?
The switchover from the stand-alone app to the subscription-based version was a bit difficult for me. Now I have duplicate entries that are taking me forever to delete as I check each one to make sure I have the most current info on the one I keep.

The 1Password app is helpful as I have to use multiple admin software to access and perform my daily tasks. I can't remember different passwords, wherein 1Password is the brain of my system that reflects all my passwords and helps me seamlessly log in.

A flow diagram showing how vaults are created and can be shared should be there in 1Password. For first-time users, its a problem to understand the functionality of Vaults.

Our organization uses 1Password extensively for all credentials. We use it to share passwords for common resources and control access across the organization. It makes security and access control a breeze! Revoking credentials for exiting employees and onboarding new ones is very efficient.
