It was pretty good, but I've never sent a request to customer service. However, I've seen on the forum that the community is really active. I really loved the shortcuts and the camera movement. In general, it seems really smooth while working. I've done some liquid simulations with Bifrost and some with RealFlow too, and the results are quite good for an all-in-one software. You can make a lot of things.

Recently, I started using Lumion 10, a real-time rendering software based on a game engine. I am amazed by the rendering speed. Though it's not as good as Vray or Corona, it's close to perfect. If you use Vray or Corona render engines, you must have experienced problems with rendering time. These engines take a lot of time to process the render, making it very expensive and time-consuming to render a movie. However, Lumion 10 has real-time rendering based on your GPU, and it's 100 times faster than other rendering engines. But when it comes to photorealistic rendering quality, Lumion is far behind Vray and Corona. I hope that in the coming years, Lumion will become the main rendering engine for complex photorealistic scenes or movies.

I have been using Revit for space planning, and I have tried various rendering tools over the years. The one that stuck with me was Enscape because it has an incredibly intuitive interface that makes it easier to navigate the various functions Enscape offers, like getting rendered snapshots, making walkthrough videos, and so on. The feature I love most about Enscape 3D is that it can be integrated into design tools like Revit, making rendering much easier.
