An Organization with NO Viable Client care
I have been receiving deposits in my ledger recorded as being from Adyen with no further details. However, I wonder where the deposits are coming from as I manage several websites with affiliate links. I found the Adyen website and its support team to be quite unhelpful. I was led in endless circles without any answers, and even the email response was canned with additional useless links.

What do you like best about Adyen?
As a client care specialist, I use Adyen consistently. One of my assignments is to actually look at the discount and installment status of clients. I dont involve the whole capability as my job is set to be restricted. I find that even in a restricted admittance role, I can actually see the vast majority of the data expected to help with clients requests. I like the straightforwardness of the interface, which is not difficult to use and navigate. I also like the list items shown when I am searching for specific transactions, especially when a client reports a fraudulent installment occurred from their card but they dont have much information. I can simply search for the installment using the last four digits of the card, their name, and the transaction amount, as well as use their Client ID in our database.
