I've been using them since 2019, and they are a solid SEO product that any small to mid-sized in-house team or smaller agency can use as standalone software. Using Ahrefs will cover the most foundational SEO needs, from rank tracking and competition monitoring to link building and keyword research. Even technical SEO is covered to a decent degree.

I use Ahrefs' Keyword Explorer, Organic Keywords report, and Referring Domains report quite frequently to understand search demand and get competitor data. The reports are easy to read and understand. Although slightly expensive, it's easy to use and might be the only tool you'll need for your SEO projects.

I work as an off-page SEO specialist and can't imagine doing my job without this tool. I have been using Ahrefs daily for over two years, and I can clearly say that it is the best tool on the market. I've been using Ahrefs for about four years now, and at this point, there is no other SEO software that I would recommend over it. For most companies, Ahrefs offers all the power and functionality one should need (excluding perhaps larger enterprises that might use Ahrefs in conjunction with an enterprise platform). I've consistently been impressed with their new feature launches and updates, and it appears their product roadmap is extremely well thought out. From planning to measurement to technical analysis, this is what you need.

What do you like best about Ahrefs?
One of the most impressive things about Ahrefs is how much value it provides for the price. They consistently roll out new features that are extremely smart (such as their recent Google Search Console integration). Its rare that I have an SEO task that I cannot complete with this tool.

The user interface could be more streamlined and simpler to navigate. Ahrefs is a complex tool, and its UI reflects this.
