Lightspeed also provides us with a large amount of reliable data for tracking, planning, and goal-setting. The simplicity of the entire system is almost self-explanatory. Being able to log on to the system on multiple computers solved an issue we had previously with big sale nights. This way, we could look up inventory and check out customers on multiple computers, increasing efficiency.
