Very frustrated with this Service Provider
I started testing this software out yesterday. I thought it was a great platform. The after buying two modules (Salesperson and Estimates) that's where all the problems started. I lost access to my admin settings, then to the login page altogether. The page won't even load. When looking for support you have to pay a starting price of $99 which is crazy. I just want a refund. This was a very frustrating experience. I'm just glad I did not start moving my accounts over from my current accounting software.

use a year with 1 extra module, end up i give up this slow and buggy application.
i give up to use this application due to reporting in this program can be so wrong and barely useable when update along with the version of report might be broken and painfully slow. most of feature report is not recoignize by most accounting firm and buggy view even in 2k monitor, barely see your selection. dont expect customer support to reply on your problem, standard answer will be wait for next update, spend time to inserting data with this application for a year, end up i need to redo everything in another software like quickbook. Force resubscribtion without even notice you the pakage going to expire and resubscribe on which date, it charge you immediately without user concern and there is no way to remove payment info from this website. i got to cancel my card to ensure not getting charge again by this evil developer.

Free and Easy software
Multi language is great, so an employee may enter data at Spanish and partners may use dashboard or other reports in English. CRM and Payroll apps are really much cheaper compared to other programs. You may customize your invoices with a cheap invoice app too. You may convert one-entry accounting to double-entry with another app too. So you do not need to pay for modules that you don't need.

Scam company
I have subscribed Akaunting with 2 extra module but I decided to stop using it because my accountant told me that the features are incomplete for real accounting world. So i have email info@akaunting to tell them to stop my account and remove my credit card but no reply from them. A year later, it auto charge my credit card without reminder or inform me. I request for refund but no reply from them. I tried to post my case to their forum. They removed and disabled my account. I am still valid for this subscription but they don't allow me to login. I send message to their Facebook and they removed and blacklisted me. This company is so unprofessional and scam. Do not ever subscribe this software and link your credit card with this system. I have the email evidence, you can get from me if you don't believe me. I am the early subscriber and given many ideas in their forum. Please check it out.
