ALEX is misleading
I think ALEX is an excellent idea in theory. However, its recommendations were a disaster for my pocketbook, and I didn't even have an abnormal year medically. I hope it improves because currently, I will never use it again.

Its user-friendly and makes you feel supported in a way that healthcare customer support usually fails to do.

In retrospect, the info Alex gave was confusing, misleading, and financially disastrous.
What features is ALEX currently missing?
Unfortunately the American healthcare system is such a complex mess that having an AI bot guide you is a terrible idea. At least until it improves.

ALEX review
I have been using ALEX since I joined Ericsson in 2013. It is an excellent explorer that provides great flexibility in displaying, viewing, searching, and exporting content. The search is fast, accurate, and detailed. The ability to export documents into .pdf and .doc is an added advantage.
