Usability and support for customers

We were looking for an automated apartment management system. In 2012, we ran over ADDA. After that, it turned out to be so basic. The Helpdesk tracker, the Client board, and the Pay/Cost tracker are excellent.

Simplifies the entire process. The entire Accounting and Expense is set up on ADDA. We can Pull reports, set up budgets and cut down expenses based on these reports. We have also implemented penalties for defaulters.. This has helped us to streamline a lot of income which was otherwise getting delayed.

The New UI look extremely good and all the regular to-do's are reflecting in the homescreen. Thanks for accepting our previous feedback.

It has been a fantastic journey with ADDA Portal.

Deployment process was very smooth and great support by Chaitra M E Members were surprised to know the features in your product such as facility booking, payment modes, online receipt, AMC bills, Staff management & many more, not to forget the SMS alerts for any events or meetings being sent in advance as well as reminders just before the start of the event/meeting.

Members of our society get updates on dues, last payment made, service alerts etc on the mobile app, trust me, that eases my job like nothing else. Noticeboard updates are no more a concern, in fact, they have helped to communicate effectively. For all payments & outstanding, I simply download the required reports. We're a 100 plus members society, and so you can understand how difficult does the management can get. However since we have ApartmentAdda, manual work is reduced to minimum. Overall a good Apartment Communication Software

ApartmentAdda is a great management software for apartment complexes. You can have a conversation with the residents with the instant notification option. All notices can be seen on one screen. One thing I liked most is vendor directory, you can find a service provider in the community.
