We were looking for an automated apartment management system. In 2012, we came across ADDA. Since then, it has proven to be very user-friendly. The Helpdesk tracker, the Client board, and the Pay/Cost tracker are excellent.

My society has been using ADDA for close to two years now. We are extremely happy with their accounting features, clean application, and customer support. I recommend ADDA for all societies that want to simplify and bring transparency to their processes.

What do you like best about ADDA?
Simplifies the entire process. The entire accounting and expense system is set up on ADDA. We can pull reports, set up budgets, and cut down expenses based on these reports. We have also implemented penalties for defaulters. This has helped us streamline a lot of income that was otherwise getting delayed.
What do you dislike about ADDA?
The new UI looks extremely good, and all the regular to-dos are reflected on the home screen. Thanks for accepting our previous feedback.

Very good set of features; everything you need for managing the society is there. Accounting is very strong, and the automated invoicing and reminders decreased our defaulters to almost zero.

The deployment process was very smooth, and we received great support from Chaitra M E. Members were surprised to learn about the features in your product, such as facility booking, payment modes, online receipts, AMC bills, staff management, and many more. Not to forget the SMS alerts for any events or meetings, which are sent in advance as well as reminders just before the start of the event/meeting.

Financial section and transparent auto invoice generation, owners/tenants data, payment dues details, SMS communications, and also tracking income and expenditure.

Members of our society get updates on dues, last payment made, service alerts, etc., on the mobile app. Trust me, that eases my job like nothing else. Noticeboard updates are no longer a concern; in fact, they have helped us communicate effectively. For all payments and outstanding amounts, I simply download the required reports. I really like their contact management feature, which saves me from chasing any tenants, and overall data is stored and managed perfectly. We're a society with over 100 members, so you can understand how difficult management can get. However, since we have ApartmentAdda, manual work is reduced to a minimum. Moreover, the overall communication process is simplified, helping us reduce complaints and queries from the members. Additionally, there is no more stockpiling of records. Overall, we are all very happy with the effectiveness added by this software.

We chose ApartmentADDA after a lot of comparison with other similar software providers. We found the system to be very simple. ApartmentADDA is a one-stop shop for all the needs of Society Management. It is one of the best products I have ever come across! Being in charge of communication and finance, I had a really tough time managing emails, WhatsApp groups, and Excel sheets.
