Apollo.io is one of the best tools for obtaining data on a large set of prospects and companies. We can choose an industry and get all the data of people working in that industry to target them. We can also filter them based on job title, specific location, or intent. Apollo also provides the feature of integrating different CRMs into the system, or we can send emails directly from Apollo itself to reach out to the target audience.

They have huge data; we can find almost everyone who is available on LinkedIn on Apollo. The bifurcation of data into titles and industries is also done in a correct fashion. If you have a product or service, you should have Apollo for data.

Apollo's Intent data is not very accurate. To improve the data accuracy, Apollo should also integrate with more third-party intent providers.

We purchased this software during an incredible discount, so I am more than pleased with the price I paid. At full cost, I might be more annoyed with some of the shortcomings (we do get about 10-20% of the leads bouncing on our cold sequences, which could be due to bad emails provided or spam blockers).
