AppsTec’s Document Management System is a smart solution for your Document management and content management requirements, with proven capabilities to integrate with any Legacy or ERP systems and deployed On premise, SAAS and Hybrid.  Our document management platform can integrate disparate documents for greater control, access and process efficiency. It offers significant advantages in terms of information retrieval, security, governance and lower cost of operations.

AppsTec’s DMS provides greater visibility to business processes and workflow monitoring. Access by external users can be allowed and monitored and also offers Version Control and Audit trail. The Analytics engine and Machine Learning features position our DMS at No. 1 place in the market.

Centralized Data Warehouse:

Our Application will act as a centralized data warehousing.  with the capability of bulk document  upload option, we made it easy for data retrieval from each and every document.  

OCR based content search: 

Appstec  DMS runs OCR technology for optimal data capturing efficiently.  It helps to retrieve the document with content based search. 

E-File Set: 

Appstec  DMS  allows organisations to maintain file structure and file document sets in digital form and enables users to create their own compliance reports.

Document Workflow management: 

Automated workflow management by providing a dynamic user-configurable workflow engine. This engine allows assignment of roles, responsibilities & TAT's for individual work steps.

Warehouse & File movement tracker: 

It provides a five-tiered architecture to manage documents in the warehouse by co-tracking various physical documents with their corresponding electronic versions. Also provides facilities to log-in and log-out physical documents on Appstec DMS with approval and tracker systems.

Security & access control:

Implementing role-based permissions for file entry we can avoid  unauthorized access. This ensures only authorised users  can open, view, and modify  files.

Version control:

View all the versions made and display the most up-to-date version and also provides check-in/check-out facility for simultaneous access of documents by a team and also maintains detailed audit logs.

Indexing and classification: 

Index files systematically for a quick, easy retrieval later on given its file key which lead to optimal and efficient search and retrieval.

DMS Review

Our overall experience is good, and we appreciate the on-site team's effort and customer support during the software installation, configuration, and migration period. The offshore team is also very cooperative and responsive in handling calls and issues. The best part is that whenever we log an issue, the team provides a solution within 24 hours.

What do you like best about AppsTec DMS?

Appstec DMS is the perfect solution for our requirements. We liked most its system architecture, where we can monitor our organizations centralized workflow. The OCR engine helps us retrieve our required documents in fractions of a second. Additionally, we can integrate our existing systems.

What do you dislike about AppsTec DMS?

Last but not least, to navigate to a specific folder, we have to go through the parent folder.
