What do you like best about ArboStar?
It has absolutely changed the way I run things, and Ive seen a tangible increase in profits because of it. The customer service team is also incredibly responsive if any issues or questions arise.

It took a while to train the team on the ins and outs of all the various aspects. But this isnt necessarily a bad thing, as there are so many features, and they all play their part in ultimately making things run more smoothly and efficiently.

What do you like best about ArboStar?
Dozens of sorting fields for client information. Incredibly easy to enter info on clients, search that info, and deal with any issues that may arise. Very versatile and works on my phone and tablet.
What do you dislike about ArboStar?
Many modules are a good thing, but they can also be a bit overwhelming at first. I stick to what I need to know and branch out as I feel comfortable, and that process has been working for me so far.

Makes on-site estimating simple. The price of each tool, man-hour rate, vehicles, etc., can all be chosen ahead of time. Then, you can just select what the job requires, and it'll add it all up for you right then and there. Not only does this produce accurate estimates, but it also allows me to tell the client immediately what the situation is. It makes my job easier and leaves the customers happy. What's not to love? 5 stars for sure.

Very easy process to create client profiles and jobs. Organizes everything into an easy-to-see list that can be sorted based on priority, proximity, etc. Automates so much of the core workflow.

Nothing major. Over the past year, if I encountered a bug, Id reach out, and the customer service team would address it promptly. And none of the bugs were anything major anyway.

ArboStar has been very helpful in dealing with clients. It comes with an advanced ticketing system, automated SMS and email messages, and the ability to track issues by priority or convenience. It makes my job a lot easier.

I find myself primarily focused on only a few of the app's discrete modules, but there are also countless other modules used by others in our company. So this really seems like a catch-all app with a multitude of uses.

What do you like best about ArboStar?
One of my favorite features is the ability to get a full picture of the estimate without leaving the site. I can make them as detailed as I want, including the necessary equipment, number of people on the team, estimated hours, other expenses—you name it. Theres even an auto-estimator function to help take all these things into account. And it all works right from my phone.

I really dont have anything bad to say about the app. It has been incredibly helpful for my day-to-day work.

An extremely useful and thorough app that works on both mobile and PC. Report generation and data entry are quick and intuitive. If you run an arborist business, this software is definitely worth it.

In the ways I've used the app, I highly recommend it. I haven't checked out all the features (there are a lot of them), but the ones I have used have proved to be very useful.

What do you like best about ArboStar?
I love the auto-estimate feature and the ability to quickly turn estimates into work orders. I also find the GPS photo-tagging ability to be very convenient. Instead of trying to describe trees and locations, I can snap a photo, and its tagged by its location, so theres no confusion for the workers.
What do you dislike about ArboStar?
I had an initial issue on mobile, but I contacted the customer service team and they responded promptly and accurately, solving my issue. So really no complaints here.

I love the varied modules offered on the platform. Theres so much value here that its hard to say no to a product like this. It also works on all my devices and syncs with all my workers.

Because there are so many modules, each with its own functions, it can take a while to digest everything here. Still, the more time you put into learning it, the better the platform gets.

What do you like best about ArboStar?
Allows me to generate all manner of reports, custom-tailored to my exact needs. It has excellent analytics as well, which allow me to really present a concrete image of where our company is headed.
What do you dislike about ArboStar?
I havent encountered any major issues. It took me a while to get used to it after using QuickBooks, but once I did, it was worth it, as its specific to the tree-care industry.
