How has Arka Inventory equipped itself to deal with the Covid-19 situation better?
Our product sales did impact during covid because our product is used by companies who deal with people and physical goods. Having said that, we have built-in features to ensure that warehouses that are automated can also use our software.

There is no off-the-shelf or easy and affordable inventory solution that exists on the cloud for MSME. Big corporates will not support the target market we are going after, nor can the market afford the same. A sweet spot exists where companies are looking for economical products and ease of use.
Which features are most valuable in Arka Inventory?
Alerts, reporting, and handling purchase orders are our key features. We also pride ourselves on easy sales order fulfillment and warehouse management.
What updates and advancements are being made at Arka Inventory to help your clients navigate in the new normal?
Inbuilt chatter, mobile friendly, and data security are some latest advancements.
Where do you see Arka Inventory going to greater heights in the next 5 years?
We want to be known as an easy and economical inventory solution for the mid-market.

Simplicity is our main ideology, and we bring that out in our product features as well. Achieve more with minimal clicks is our prime mantra.
What is your advice to young entrepreneurs?
List the pain points and see if there are customers ready to pay to solve those pain points. Secondly, if you will not buy or pay for the same, then do not build it.
