Great task master
This software is excellent for managing your to-do list. Regarding project management, we found it difficult to hand it off to other people when there was staff turnover.

With Asana, I have been able to increase my effectiveness in planning and monitoring my project, with the kanban method I have managed to carry out my most complex projects; the Gantt chart has allowed me to plan my project effectively because it shows activities that are related to the project draft.

The must-have project management tool for productive teams.
The most significant benefits we have gained from Asana are the ease of use, the organized way tasks are managed, the tracked project, and the features that promote communication and teamwork. Among the features that we use the most and bring the most benefits are setting tasks, assigning tasks to team members, setting deadlines for task completion, tracking project progress, sharing files, adding comments, and receiving notifications that allow us to stay updated on task progress.

What do you like best about Asana?
In my organization, we use Asana to manage all projects for a good reason: it is one of the most complete and flexible solutions on the market and has features and functions that help teams collaborate and work much more efficiently. It is easy to use, has an intuitive user interface and a wide variety of useful features that make it the best option for small and large organizations. Among the features I like most about Asana are the ability to create tasks, assign them to my team members, set due dates and monitor project progress. It also integrates excellently with popular tools like Google Drive, Dropbox and Slack to allow us to work more smoothly and efficiently.

One thing that is a drawback at first is the learning curve and how overwhelming it can be for users who are not familiar with project management; it can take a bit longer to learn how to use all of its functions and features effectively.
What features is Asana currently missing?
The application offers notifications for users to keep up with task progress, however it can be a bit overwhelming; it would be quite useful to add an option to customize the frequency and type of notifications.
