An excellent Software

Ascend ECM tool has some amazing versioning capabilities. With this feature, the user can access the past versions of a document in order to make sure that no important data is lost. Data is always backed up and replicated so that all the needed documents are in place. Ascend ECM offers many support resources for the ECM solution. For client servicing, email as well telephone options are available for the customers. The techs on the call are extremely knowledgeable and my team has always has a positive experience with them. Very grounded and helpful. The software also features articles that have in depth answers. Ascend has great user interface, is very intuitive in terms of use and one of the best systems my team has ever come across.

Ascend enterprise content management software is one of the best ecm systems for managing and accessing the user department, location etc. It has an easy to understand application database that can be useful for research and audits.When working on content, the user can add comments and tags onto the documents so that other teammates have access to it and can read it. Ascend ECM software lets the user send a single document to large groups of individuals at the same time.This software has the ability to integrate with Microsoft SharePoint as well as Office. By integrating with these, my team has had easy access to files from Microsoft SharePoint and Office. This prevents a lot of wastage of time in toggling between applications to get to specific files and documents.
