I love the accessibility of student information—being able to communicate teacher to parent is tremendously helpful. I can't imagine how difficult communication would be without Ascend. Having Ascend makes it so useful and easily accessible. Ascend keeps track of attendance, lesson plans, and homework assignments, and keeps everything in one place. This makes report card time a breeze at the end of each semester. Ascend's instant updating of the grades allows students to track their progress throughout the semester and makes it easier for us teachers to notice when a student needs help in any particular subject.

Parent communication is a problem that we have solved, and we have been able to keep them up to date on more events. Ascend has really helped our school with grading, attendance, student information, etc. I've noticed Ascend is so easy to change and edit, eliminating the need for paper. So nice! It is fast and efficient. The categories are easy to find and quite varied. I also like how easily accessible it is for parents. Ascend makes it much easier for me to keep track of my classwork than in the past. I'm much more organized overall as a teacher because of Ascend.

I love that Ascend has all the information I need in one place. This has saved me time and energy in finding data. Ascend is easy to navigate once you have used it for a while. It can generate documents and run reports as needed fairly quickly. It is easy to locate student and needed information in a timely manner. You can modify documents on an as-needed basis. It is nice that multiple people can view the same document at once and also enter their own information one at a time as needed. It's easy to organize my classes—I teach nine different sections. Contacting parents through Ascend has been a benefit for time management. I highly recommend Ascend; it is very easy to use and nice for a school setting.
