Auto Audit

The technical support is eager to assist. Certain things should be figured out before I can start Monitoring them. The support person was assisting me in understanding the task I had to solve, in choosing better approach, even in writing scripts for my particular needs. Looks like product is evolving quicker than its manuals. Some areas arent well documented. More supported languages could be fine to have as well, sometimes I need reports in languages other than English. The program is getting stabler in course of years. Looks like developers do take into account some of their customers feature requests, thats fine. Well worth its price.
