We have used Automation Anywhere version 11. x and Automation Anywhere 360(A2019) for the past two years. The way the product has been updated is excellent, from a desktop to a web-based application. It's beneficial for an organization that wants to minimize the human workforce, and the feature of unattended automation works perfectly. Because of this feature, no human has to sit and monitor. It will do its process automatically, and the IQBot functionality is also a cool feature.

Automation Anywhere is best RPA Tool i have ever used. As it has intuitive user interface and web based control room where we can access/control all the bots and devices from anywhere. IQ Bots are another important feature in Automation Anywhere.

Every time we log/raise a support ticket on. Seperate Platform(AA Support Platform) Automation Anywhere can add a support button. On the control room itself to make the process easier.

As I already mentioned it has web based control room, installation and maintenance in Automation Anywhere is easy as compared to other products

As it is feasible to use java script, vb script and macros we can easily automate complex task. Web Recorder helps to automate processes using web applications, browsers and download file, extract data and tables from sites on a go.

Task which consumes time along with human efforts can be easily automated and done in minutes. Email sending command helps to send email notification along with attachments to hundreds of IDs in minutes.

Browser is mostly restricted to IE(Internet Explorer) but now they are willing to incorporate other browsers as well.
