BambooHR didn't have a built-in LMS for training and development, which some organisations might have required for comprehensive employee learning, this features recommended from my side.

It is a tool to manage your projects and work. With Asana, you can carry out your tasks the way you want since it allows you to do it in the form of a list, calendar, board, diagrams, or schedule. When you go to a truthful project a cleaning quickly, a list of tasks, custom fields with columns for content, dropdown texts, and number fields from the jobs to the marketing channel, you can create start and due dates for your projects, tasks, and subtasks, this allows everyone to have a better view clear of the entire project process.

As an employee, I find it helpful
First off, I'm an employee, not employer, so I don't know what this costs. In my own experience so far, it is incredibly useful to keep track of time off; and that concerning sick days, special days, holidays or other. We have a lot of possible variants in our company. Bamboo helps us to keep up to date on some HR tasks and also helps us to be organised about all of the things that we might still have to do, along with deadlines for those. Sign an insurance form? It's there. Do you have to turn in a quarterly strategy? It's there. Quarterly reviews trying to stretch out into semi-annual reviews? It also helps keep the bosses accountable for the assignments, making things happen a little more regularly and smoothly. I really like it. As a non-profit, though, it seems like many of the features should be able to be turned off or altered in some sort of way.

Great HR platform for large teams
Bamboo HR makes it easy for teams to manage all kinds of HR tasks. If I need to submit a time off request, find important HR documentation for review, or manage my team's PTO requests. Bamboo makes it extremely easy to do so. They also offer responsive customer support. I have no complaints.

Simple & easy to use features
I am using this product from last 1 year and it has made my work so easy. As a manager, I had to deal with multiple employees' and multiple tasks, which BambooHR can handle. Performance and training management are my favorite features in this software. Would recommend it to all the HR professionals out there.
