After a transition from another IVR system, it was quite challenging to adapt to a new system. But BayIVR made the entire process easy and the customer care team was always available to answer any queries that my team had. The people in the team are genuine and they took time to train my staff and cleared up every single doubt patiently.Having used a variety of similar platforms before, BayIVR has proven to be the best ivrs software so far. Not a single task is unnecessarily convoluted, the interface is intuitive and simple. The documentation and metrics are very accurate, and the connection to the database also seems perfect. The technical support staff too is highly knowledgeable. My management staff just loves the rock solid uptime and system flexibility. Happy with the product!

Simply amazing Software!!!
BayIVR is being utilised by my staff for well over a year now. It even offers productivity reports for the agents, utilization and occupancy reports etc. Earlier my team would have to spend hours with the account manager just trying to get a decent report but they never had luck.
