What do you like best about BIGContacts?

BIGContacts allowed us to customize the sales pipeline fields and limit their view/edit access according to our needs. The tool’s ease of deployment and use has also been highly beneficial for our organization. We utilize BIGContacts to stay updated with the positions of sales prospects and automate follow-ups with them. It’s also easy to keep track of important opportunities on the go using the mobile version of this CRM.

What do you dislike about BIGContacts?

The tool should offer artificial intelligence-powered lead scoring functionality to make it easy to prioritize high-value prospects. Right now, this prioritization has to be done manually, which can be time-consuming.

Great for recurring tasks & automated actions

We highly recommend BIGContacts CRM because of its ease of use and robust customer support experience. The tool has helped our team work together more efficiently with collaborative features such as a team calendar view and notes. The automated alerts and reminders for tasks have also considerably impacted our productivity levels.

We can keep track of all pending tasks using the tasks and to-do list. It’s also easy to set the priority statuses for these tasks, so important deadlines are not missed. BIGContacts also enables us to create automated workflows, so we can define custom triggers for actions to be performed.

What do you dislike about BIGContacts?

While we like that the tool can be used on any mobile device without the need to download any application, it would be really helpful if the performance of this mobile version were further improved.
