It is extremely versatile!!!
Bitrix24 is supposed to be one of the best real estate systems today. Its best feature is the built in telephony. You can rent a phone number within the interface. They have an interface that allows assigning multiple extensions to multiple users. What has really impressed us is the ability of the phone system to automatically direct calls from specific customers to the representatives that they have been already assigned to. We're just very happy with this built-in smart telephony. They also have a mobile application that easily integrates with the Cloud version.
