Bitrix24 is a feature-rich CRM software, though it is not very user-friendly. The user interface of the software is quite good. It has all the necessary features you would expect from a good CRM. Creating and importing data is easy too. There is even an option to integrate it with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to keep track of your ad campaigns. Creating and running email campaigns is also easy since Mailchimp is integrated. A lot of work can be done in Bitrix24, such as adding products, specifications, sales data, etc. It is a great software for small to mid-level organizations, but it could be better if it were more user-friendly.

I must say it is amazing software that helps to organize and keep track of customers, partners, agents, and other contacts in a well-organized way.
