A warm welcome from Software Suggest, Mr. Sameer. Our readers are keen to know what prompted you to create CEIPAL? Tell us about your journey so far.

CEIPAL was founded on the premise of helping customers with a powerful automation platform to procure talent. The platform is easy to use, affordable, intelligent, and built with a powerful ecosystem. We have seen early creators of talent acquisition software as clunky, old, disintegrated, multiple systems patched to one platform, and most importantly, expensive. The lead me to start CEIPAL, a complete ]solution for talent acquisition for staffing and corporate clients. CEIPAL is a leader in Talent Acquisition domain. Its easy-to-use yet powerful functionalities fit any sized customer and offer the best value for money in the market.

What prompted your foray into Recruiting?

A natural entry for CEIPAL brought to the staffing market with deep automation and extensive integrations that deliver everything that our staffing clients need to manage their business. The success of staffing clients depends on delivering quality candidates faster than the competition. CEIPAL offers search & rank algorithms, a large number of integrations with job portals, integrated communication channels, deep customizable BI reports. Staffing companies need the features mentioned above today to be successful in fierce market competition.

How has CEIPAL equipped itself to deal with the Covid-19 situation better?

Like any successful business that dealt with the COVID-19 situation, we focused on THREE key areas that helped us do better during COVID times.
Listened to our customers and helped them in various aspects, to name a few: platform upgrades, relief on the usage of licenses, extended training, and build new systems around to help them reduce their overall operational costs.
CEIPAL focused on innovation, employee safety, remote work accommodation, and invested in tools and platforms to operate business meaningfully.
CEIPAL learned and improved its practices on remote employee engagement, introduced virtual conference event, and improved remote training for customers and employees.

Any interesting changes in CEIPAL numbers/ stats Pre-pandemic and now that you would like to share between?

CEIPAL spent 24% more time on customer training than pre-pandemic phase.
CEIPAL spent 60% more time on training employees virtually.
CEIPAL has done over 50% of its employee onboarding remote.

What updates and advancements are being made at Ceipal to help your clients navigate in the new normal?

CEIPAL has introduced over 100+ automation features that help clients of either ATS or Workforce or any other Modules track and manage their business efficiently, either in remote on office work setups.
CEIPAL has introduced a Business Intelligence Analytics platform that helps monitor the performance of various roles in the organization bringing total visibility of the entire workforce, a just in time need for clients to go virtual operations during the pandemic.

What is your vision and plan for taking CEIPAL to greater heights in the next 5 years?

CEIPAL has made its presence in the Talent Acquisition automation space, and it will continue to enhance and bring deep intelligence to its software to search, engage, and acquire talent so that customers can focus on serving their customers and less on mundane operations.
CEIPAL will focus on bringing a ‘Total Talent Management’ ecosystem that helps customers of any size, any type of talent (Fulltime, Temp, Freelance, etc.) at any geographic market segment. We aim to build our solutions around the vertical market segment of Talent Acquisition.

What motivates and strengthens you to keep up with the competition?

We focus on customer needs and less on what’s our competition doing it. Our constant endeavor on customer needs will help us to drive innovation to be a market leader.

What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs starting out in this field?

Learn from others but carve out your own niche, simply don’t copy or follow others’ success.
