A warm welcome from SoftwareSuggest Mr. Peter Oykhman. What is your success mantra? Something you have followed personally that has helped you in your journey.

How has CorePartners equipped itself to deal with the Covid-19 situation better?

CorePartners had been using distributed and remote work model even before the pandemic, so the pandemic had very little effect on us as an organization.

Our readers are keen to know what prompted you to create CorePartners? Tell us about your journey so far.

CorePartner was created as a result of the merger of two companies. My former partner and I decided at some point that we have two businesses that complement each other greatly, so we have merged them. Still happy with the results

What updates and advancements are being made at CorePartners to help your clients navigate in the new normal?

We have been very fortunate to work in two areas that actually have been very active during the pandemic ie logistics and learning management. This is exactly how we are helping our clients by providing better tools to deal with the results of the horrible pandemic. We are improving their abilities to resolve their logistical challenges as well as remote education.

Where do you see CorePartners to greater heights in the next 5 years?

We see CorePartners growing in both directions on the logistics side as well as learning management. We have started the Mergers & Acquisitions trend in the last couple of years and will continue with that trend.

Which features are most valuable in CorePartners?

Three things are critical at this stage. Two of them are highly usable for the mass market and cross-platform. Your applications could be absolutely brilliant, but if they are not user friendly or do not work on all platforms they will lose. The other must-have component is flexible reporting with BI and AI features.

Are there any ideological principles that your organization follows to maintain the brand value?

Make every customer a reference. We do not run a business like “sell and move forward”. We want our customers to be happy with their decision to choose us. We never abandon our customers when they need our help.

What is your advice to young entrepreneurs?

Be patient and be bold. If you have a crazy idea go for it. You will probably fail ones but you will gain great experience.
