Q1) How does GreenSpecksMedia Help Businesses?

We are all things digital! From bringing the offline businesses online to setting up the operations of already online businesses – we help them in numerous ways. For a recent Client of ours, we helped them in managing their Inventory and Warehouse processes. For one other client, we helped them in bringing their Mortar and Brick business online and even helped them launch their eCommerce store.

Q2) How did you hit upon the idea for your Company?

Nothing happens overnight. But yes, we were very clear about this right from our college days. We handled various clients even during our college time, and one thing led to another, and we’re here now! Basically, it was all about coding, to build better software products, to do quality work and to have our own clients rather than working for someone else.

Q3) What are the other Software Products you use to increase productivity?

We use a range of software products right from Trello to Basecamp, Google Drive, Dropbox, Github, Jira, Slack, and others.

Q4) How have sales evolved since you first got into the Business? What hasn’t changed?

Quality work – winning clients through quality work has not changed. Yes, landing the first client is always tricky, but getting a second client is comparatively easier, provided that you have delivered quality work to the first client. It goes that way. You build your brand when you deliver quality and I believe, that is one thing that has remained constant over the years.

Q5) Think of something you’ve done in the past; what would you have done differently?

Focusing on multiple things at a time. We started a few other ventures in the beginning but didn’t get enough time to focus, and needless to say, that backfired!

Q6) What are some of the important features or traits that your customers look for? And how do you fulfill them?

Daily Updates, Progress Reports, and Proper Communication. This keeps them on the same page with us.

Q7) As a Co-Founder, how have your visions changed from the initial days of your Company to the present?

Initially, it was all about making sure that we are able to meet our clients’ needs. Now, it still is about clients’ needs but along with that, we constantly try to scale up our business.

Q8) What do you expect to see over the next 5 to 10 years In the Marketing and Sales Industry?

Mobile and Social media would rule the next decade I believe. Social Media has given the voice to consumers like no other. Mobile is another possession that is more in number today than the number of people on our planet!

Q9) What was your journey like to get where you are now?

Truly a roller-coaster ride! There is no surety about anything when you are an entrepreneur, all you have is your guts and a ray of hope. And that ray of hope is what keeps you going!

Q10) What’s the hardest decision you’ve made so far?

To quit my well-paying job or not! I was working with a leading IT MNC Company, had completed for a year, but finally resigned to start my own venture.

Q11) Lastly, we would be glad to have your valuable suggestion for the new age Entrepreneurs thriving in the industry today.

Do whatever your gut feeling says, it is more often correct! And even if you face failure, you will still gain a truck-load of Experience!
