How long have you been working with this product?

I have been working with IOP Technologies for the last 9 years.

What is the most interesting thing about your job?

We are customer-centric and innovation-hungry. We love that this spirit exists in our organization.

Are there any ideological principles that your organization follows to maintain the brand value?

IOP Technologies has been formed to make the data-driven decision-making process easier for corporations.

Considering the pace at which the SaaS market is growing, how important is it to keep innovating to stay in the game?

The industries with legacy systems in the past were driven by heavily-invested Capex business model, which is resource-intensive, hardware and software-intensive, and labor-intensive. It hinders innovation and quick-to-market initiatives. The 4th Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0 is going to be in the hands of cloud computing and SaaS & PaaS business delivery model, which is cheap, efficient, and quick-to-market ready for industries. IOP Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Partner for Azure Cloud Solutions, is spearheading the SaaS delivery business model with its ready product deployment model in the market.

What is one thing that puts your product apart from the crowd?

We are a customer-centric organization. Our every day is spent well with understanding the customers’ areas of challenges and roadblocks to product innovations. We always strive to come up with our approach to address them quickly and help customers to meet the ROI efficiently. We are agile, and so are our mindsets.
