Worst customer support faced while we want to change the financial year

Hi, The customer service can be improved. Instead of fixing the issue, they started negotiating and demanding money to fix the problems (yearly subscription). When a customer is in an emergency, that is not the right time to discuss money matters, and they promised to call me within 30 minutes, but I got a call only at 6 PM (after 8 hours); by then, I had requested my team to do the billing manually. This shows the arrogance of the team and not customer friendly.
