Worst customer support faced while we want to change the financial year
Hi, The customer service needs improvement. Instead of fixing the issue, they started negotiating and demanding money to resolve the problems (yearly subscription). When a customer is in an emergency, that is not the right time to discuss financial matters. They promised to call me within 30 minutes, but I received a call only at 6 PM (after 8 hours); by then, I had already requested my team to handle the billing manually. This demonstrates the team's arrogance and lack of customer friendliness.

Hi, Software is good but post sales service is the key to pick the software. the customer service is too bad. Old team all left and the new members dont know anything.
