This is an amazing tool for company related work and managing franchise account. Gone are the days of paperwork and scanning/uploading files and hoping they make it into a report. We can easily manage teams that are on the road and have them capture the data, feedback, and photos we want to help grow our business

Good Software for the money and great customer service

Reliable, updates are applicable. Customer service is helpful. Billing is relatively easy. I love the customer service. The product is constantly improving, and the customer service remains excellent!
