Brilliant! Really easy to use once set up - excellent free add-ons like Blip and Pop. In the early stages of setup, the team regularly contacted me to see how I was progressing, gave recommendations based on my business and our needs, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
What do you like best about BrightHR?
Love the ease of booking holidays, setting up rotas, and the TOIL feature has been well received by our staff as we have now started to implement it into our business. The new Geo-location feature on Blip is very cool, and staff are loving the new features. Support from the customer service team is always amazing, and they regularly reach out to ask for feedback and suggestions.
What do you dislike about BrightHR?

Very user-friendly and easy to set up. Bright HR makes holiday management stress-free. We can also store our documents online, which frees up our internal storage and allows us to access them anywhere online and on the mobile phone app.

Holiday management. We currently use paper, so Bright HR has upgraded our holiday management by using the website and mobile phone app.

So far, so good. I'm very new, but I'm sure I will manage to find my way around this well-designed software. It appears to be very comprehensive and easy to use. I've noticed a couple of things that could be added to the features and will give some separate feedback on this.

Very easy to use with good graphics. Easy to navigate around the features.

Overall, the experience was good, especially the customer support. However, I was a bit disappointed that it does not meet many of our requirements, particularly regarding the calculation of wages and holidays, as we have quite a bit of variation in hours and rotas.

Really good. We appreciate the face-to-face onboarding and the technical support. The mobile app is great for our staff to download and use, and they like the simple reporting.
What do you like best about BrightHR?
The on-site support, where I can visit the local office for assistance, as well as the clock-in feature for my staff, and the unlimited document storage and expenses app, is good, but I dont have many expenses in my business.
What do you dislike about BrightHR?
No integration with my payroll bureau
