Btcex took my account down without providing any reason, and despite asking many questions, I couldn’t get a clear explanation. I later found out that I wasn’t the only one affected—Btcex had taken down all user accounts. Unfortunately, they didn’t initially inform us that withdrawals would be processed and approved through their new website, btcex.us.com. I recently merged my account on the new platform, and I can now access my account again without any issues.

BTCEX is. If someone had told me I’d recover my money from BTCEX, I honestly wouldn’t have believed it. But thanks to btcex.us.com, I was able to merge my account, regain access, and successfully withdraw all the funds I had in there. It still feels unreal, but I’m truly relieved.

Been an active member for 2 years. They just decided to lock me out of my account containing 711 LTC, currently worth $25,000. They won't respond to any support tickets, and they are actually deleting the tickets from their support page. They are absolutely disgusting people with no morals. I just thought that the issue was coming from the support team, but now I have come across the new domain BTCEX.us.com offering us a refund if we merge the old account. Now we get our money out; is that not amazing?

What do you like best about BTCEX?
This process I took was not what Btcex told us to use, but now we are here getting our money on another platform.
What do you dislike about BTCEX?
All I don’t like is registering on the first website and the withdrawal being open on another website. What is all this? If I had been informed that all my strength and knowledge, including my funds, would end up on a new domain, I wouldn’t be involved.

I don’t really think I miss anything since my funds is back

If btcex.us.com keeps doing like this, btcex will be better. Hope the old domain does not stop it.
