Wonderful product at a great price; it does exactly what it says it does. Loved the easy-to-use Kanban. One of the best products we have used. I like it.

What do you like best about BugHerd?
Simple to deploy, simple to use. Even the technically unskilled were able to note issues that needed attention. We used BugHerd to successfully maintain a 600-plus-page website through two CMS changes, and it worked flawlessly.
What do you dislike about BugHerd?
The only negative about BugHerd is that I would prefer the seats to be per project and not on the overall account.

I have use this app in my office before 3 months I have overall experience is good not bad I'm satisfied by this app.
It removes any ambiguity about bugs and feature requests. Being able to annotate a comment directly on a live or staging website is a huge perk that I cannot live without.

What do you like best about BugHerd?
Projected-based in-browser centralized tasks in one place make project management a breeze. Also, having comments in one thread related to a single task helps to pinpoint and focus on bug tracking that other products just can’t do well. I couldn’t bear to go back to email or spreadsheet task lists!
What do you dislike about BugHerd?
As projects grow and user need to be added to different projects the cost can get expensive,be aware that the lift from 10 users 25,50 isn't obvious from the outset,know this is advance it can be to absorbed in your SLA's
