I have worked with Cadient for 10 years. They have the best staff to offer support. We have the same team of 3-5 people who work with our account and are familiar with how we do business. They are very responsive to our needs and issues. Working with other third-party vendors and their support teams is not the same experience. We always have to explain to third-party support how our retail business works since we do not deal with the same team each time. Cadient is a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them as a great partner!

What do you like best about Cadient Talent Aquisition?
We use this product mainly for retail hiring in 1,200 locations. Lots of times, the new hire needs to work that day in the store. We are able to get them ready to work within 30-45 minutes of hiring them using Cadient Applicant Tracking.
What do you dislike about Cadient Talent Aquisition?
Corporate hiring with Cadient is something they are improving on. It does not seem as easy to post jobs and process new hires.
What features is Cadient Talent Aquisition currently missing?
Make the mobile app for an applicant easier to see and use on their cell phone. The desktop version does not present well on a cell phone. Cadient is working to improve the presentation on a mobile device.
What other products like Cadient Talent Aquisition have you used or evaluated?
Single Sign On with our HR package to Cadient site. Background interfaces and I-9/Everify verification. Handles documents the new hire must sign. Interfaces with another 3rd partys to host our positions on other websites. Texting feature. Interface with a 3rd party referral service for exsisting employees to recommend others to apply and be rewarded after new hires works a certain number of days. Just to name a few.

Cadient Talent is super in every way. The Text-to-Notify feature is wonderful, adding to the quality and ease of contacting applicants. I'm still working on the campaign feature and will use that once I've created a campaign. Working with the support team for Cadient is always a pleasure. They are knowledgeable and helpful, always resolving any issues quickly.
