I liked the call forwarding feature the most because we can forward our calls to the related department. Also, their best features are call recording, music on hold, business hours, and they also provide Voip numbers which are lower at price.
What do you dislike about Calilio?
They can add more integrations and also they can add video-conferencing calls, these are just suggestions. Otherwise, their service is so good so far.

It hasn’t been so long that we switched to this VoIP solution, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The pricing is quite reasonable compared to other tools we’ve tried. The AI features are a nice addition, especially for handling calls.

It would be better to see more integrations with other website. So far, everything is good.
