The company promised us a working virtual number for a specific country and did not deliver and asked for random documents they did not ask for before. When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found Exotel easier to use, set up, and administer. Reviewers also preferred doing business with Exotel overall. Reviewers felt that Exotel meets the needs of their business better than CallHippo. When comparing quality of ongoing product support, reviewers felt that CallHippo is the preferred option. For feature updates and roadmaps, our reviewers preferred the direction of Exotel over CallHippo.
