CarStater gives you everything you need to manage any type of vehicle, whether you have a car, truck, campervan, yacht or even personal airplane! Our software is suitable for fleet management of any size for any business type as well.
Signing up and registering your first vehicle is and always will be free!
- Maintenance Log - a dedicated area to track completed maintenance with document & receipt upload. After registering your first vehicle, just enter the service type, date, cost, mileage, add notes or upload a receipt. You can do a fast sorting and filtering that allows to retrieve any detailed information in 1 click.
- Garage Dashboard - a place where you can observe everything related to vehicle management. There are various of tools & charts you can use. Each one has its filtering and sorting options.
- Fuel Tracker - built-in with maintenance log system. When adding a new log, just set the service type to Fuel and set the amount of fuel you fill in. This option adds some interesting numbers on garage dashboard statistics.
- Reminder System - you can setup e-mail reminders by date and/or odometer. It can be oil change, tire rotation, inspection, insurance renewal, anything that should be done with your vehicle periodically or just one-time. You are able to create as many service reminders as needed. CarStater will send an e-mail reminder when maintenance is due.
- Data Export - export records from the vehicle maintenance log into a spreadsheet for reporting & analysis. Or, use the export feature to provide a detailed car maintenance history to a potential buyer. You can also use filters to export the only data you need. For example, export only fuel records by a particular vehicle.
- Flexible Usage - use "My Garage" across all devices with ease and everywhere! Our portal & website are usable on desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
- Support 24/7 - we have a regular support for our "free" customers and individual support for paid subscribers. Both are available 24/7! If you have any suggestion, idea you think we should add, technical issue.
