This is excellent software for reporting, but it needs some improvements, such as expense tracking. The new CBO SFA is better compared to the old mobile reporting; it covers banners and is amazing.

You will never get a resolution, nor will they pick up the call. They are very unprofessional. At the time of sale, they will tell you that you will get 24/7 support and timely resolution, but practically, they never pick up your call.
