We are an online merchant and had integrated the CCAvenue payment gateway. A customer made a payment of Rs. 12,825, and without providing any reason, CCAvenue held the payment for six months. During these six months, we were constantly in touch with CCAvenue to retrieve the payment (I have complete records). However, CCAvenue Risk team member Anil Methri stated that CCAvenue would release the payment after 180 days (six months). Upon the completion of six months, we contacted them again, and they refused to release the payment. Now, I am planning to take legal action against them. It seems that CCAvenue is a fraudulent company trying to extract money from several merchants through such fraudulent activities.

CCAvenue is good because I recently purchased a phone from an unknown website for Rs 2500. The payment gateway was CCAvenue. I paid for the product, and after a few days, the phone website owners sent an email saying they would return my money because of no stock. I got scared that I got cheated because when I ordered, they told me there was stock. Anyhow, after 2 days, CCAvenue paid me back the full amount. So, thank you.
