Best in its own
I use CEIPAL ATS to source candidates. We have integrated it with our internal database and external job boards. It also helps me keep track of my data and performance. It is very user-friendly and took me only about a day to get used to it. Its features, like integrating with different software, are also very helpful.

If a candidate is placed in the past, and in the future we come across the same profile, it gives a tag that it is placed already. Notes you can check without opening the profile. Checking the status without opening the profile. Integration option.

Sometimes it acts up; need to work on performance. Also, the integration part is very helpful but lags there too.

easily to the find candidates
CEIPAL ATS is a nice software that is easy to use, and the dashboard has been amazing for easily finding resumes with the search string or finding candidates. Five options will be shown: Monster, Dice, TechFetch, etc.

A little bit increases the profile count. I have never used bulk mail before now. It's easy to help us. Additionally, candidate emails are beneficial. We only want more good profiles.

Good platform as a ATS
Ceipal has many features, such as vendor management, VMS, and bulk mailing. All are beneficial in finding good resources. However, if we reach the same candidate as others, we don't have any specific feature to identify this. Therefore, I advise adding options to indicate if a candidate is already in contact, so we can avoid reaching out to the same person again.

Interesting feature is VMS, where we can manage vendors easily.
What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?
As I said, create some templates and mention RTR submissions, then submit them to the client in the same window so that others wont reach them.

Like at First Use
I started using this a couple of months ago, but now I feel like I should have been using it years ago. It would have saved my time and resources. On-to-the-point search results, a variety of options to choose from to narrow down the search, and no unnecessary interface elements.

What do you like best? I have been in this industry for a long time, and over the years, I have had the chance to work on different ATS, but CEIPAL ATS has always been my favorite. The best features are its integrated search and internal database. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything I dislike about this product. If I dislike anything, it's that it logs me off after roughly two hours of inactivity. So maybe there could be an option to prevent being logged out during my shift. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for an ATS that is easy to use and reliable, you can go for CEIPAL. Our whole industry is using CEIPAL simply because it is the best ATS out there. What problems is the product solving, and how is that benefiting you? Currently, I am using CEIPAL ATS to recruit candidates from the United States of America. I have integrated various job portals with my account, and I use this to look for new candidates daily.

The best thing I like most is that it has combined all major job boards and is user-friendly. It provides all the required filters to source candidates. We can post jobs to all major job portals with just one click. Also, it gives a very fast response.

Need improvement regarding the loading time to import the applicants' resumes from the job boards after integration. Other than that everything seems excellent.

I have been using Cereal for more than a year. It is effortless and a one-stop place for sourcing candidates on various sourcing tools. One of the best ATS in terms of Usability and Value for Money
I have been using Ciepal for the last two years and find it very easy to operate. The user interface is very good, perfectly balanced with AI results and integration with other job portals. Ciepal is a value-for-money product.

Amazing experience.
Before CEIPAL, we faced many problems related to passive sourcing and handling candidates' data. After CEIPAL, not only were these two problems resolved, but it also helped reduce our job board clicks and works as a complete CRM to track client and candidate data.
