Celoxis is our sole PM tool, allowing us to see all our projects and time entries in one place. We have had minimal issues since going live, and the support team's responses have always been fast and efficient. As a PM, I would now struggle without Celoxis.

Overall, Celoxis has been a great service to our company and to each department. The ability to track projects, time, and notations has been helpful and allows us to understand where our current projects stand. However, moving forward with a new ERP system either in late 2019 or early 2020, Celoxis will be removed from production and replaced by an embedded system within Epicor. I assume this is happening worldwide as companies feel the need to update their inventory systems/ERP and already have their own managed services.

A great tool that significantly improved team efficiency, monitoring, and control. They have very responsive and efficient support. User onboarding is quick. Transitioning from MS Project to Celoxis went smoothly.

Every day, we use it to plan projects, allocate estimated hours per task, check the progress of projects, check the availability of resources, and calculate risks.

Celoxis has been an effective solution for managing the projects we undertake. It enables us to keep track of milestones, requirements, budgets, issues, and resources.

I am definitely a believer that Celoxis is the proper tool for project managers. It also evolves as needed, and the developers actually listen to users and make changes.
