Great Customer Focused Platform - quickly on support

For my company, real-time connection with consumers and prospects is a critical marketing demand, and it's one of the fundamental requests that Chative helps us meet. We can now connect with sales prospects and customers using Chative integrations from nearly anywhere. On our social media accounts and on our website, we can even use Chative integrations to send text messaging-based communication with sales prospects and customers.

What do you like best about Chative?

This app has data on customers such as information, total conversations, total leads, and activities. I can analyze the data to support my customers more insightfully and professionally. Moreover, I can adjust my live chats appearance to suit my brand and make it catchy for my customers.

What do you dislike about Chative?

Nothing really to dislike about Livechat from my experience. I was involved in my organization's deployment of Chative, and I was impressed every step of the way.

Great Customer Focused Platform - quickly on support

Chative never stops surprising me!

I've never used this app before my current job. Now that I've had some practice with it, I'll be using it for all of my customer support needs in the future. Our customer service receives a lot of praise because it's so quick and efficient, and it makes customers feel like they're talking to a real person on the other end of the line. Easy communication with my customers

By taking note of the customer's information with the tags or notes available in live chat and automatically saving the customer's data when they fill out the information forms before starting a conversation in live chat, I can quickly learn about a customer's personality and provide better service.

performance, reliability, and integration

We recently launched Creative at our university. Working in financial aid, we receive many of the same questions every day, both by phone and email. Creative has allowed us to customize our responses to the everyday, generic questions that generally fill our email inboxes. If the questions involve an issue or require a more detailed answer, Creative forwards this information to one of our customer service agents to address by phone or email. Creative has freed up a significant amount of time and allowed us to focus more on our day-to-day responsibilities. Additionally, Creative was very easy to set up and launch. The customization allows us to provide the information we want.

Really worth to try live chat

I use Creative for my website, and the results are quite impressive. I have more customers buying my products than before, and sales have really increased these past months. The platform is easy to use as well.

I like how easy to use Chative was, and I really like how I could customize my live chat appearance to match my website. Especially, it is cheap compared to other platforms.

The features are very cool, but it is not much. I still cant let my clients rate our service after the chat and canned response.

Set up in a few minutes and we have a full-package live chat for our website

My first impression of using Creative is the excellent UI of the widget. It exceeded my expectations! It matches our website's style well, from the chat layout, color, and background to the custom images we can add. This look makes me believe that my customers will stay longer on our website, browse around, and chat with us for support. Beautiful live chat with strong customization. The UI is easy to understand, and I can use the features with no confusion.

I like how simple it is to use, and many features are available to free accounts. There is truly something for everyone's budget. It also has a good style, and you can customize your live chat very easily.

Low cost. Easy to use

I have paid only a low cost, but this live chat is perfect for me to communicate with customers through the attractive chat window on my website. The mobile app is a big plus. All of your money will be well spent. Highly recommend.
