We are having the best experience compared to any other video app. It also runs on low bandwidth. Content optimization for audio and video delivery is a very handy feature. Additionally, we have breakout sessions to divide the team into smaller groups. It also comes with a polling feature, which helps a lot in team discussions. Reports can be generated for the participants, and the attention tracking features are very helpful. Overall, it includes every feature that an organization would need to deliver their content through online conferences.
What do you like best about Cisco WebEx?
The product is super easy to use. All the features are self-explanatory. The best ones that are included are the pooling and the attention tracking. Also, the optimization for the audio and video is very good.
What do you dislike about Cisco WebEx?
The UI can be improved a bit on Windows machines. The UI looks a bit outdated compared to other platforms like Android/iOS. Also, sometimes there are issues with the camera on some devices which need to be fixed once and for all.

It's very easy to connect and share content. We have different ways of audio connections through the internet, or you can call or request a call. Record it, chat, raise your hand in a meeting, and send participants emails later after the meeting.

Best experience with screen sharing and control sharing. Easy integration with Outlook. The web app is the best, making it easier to use on the go. Meeting restrictions and the ability to blur video backgrounds are the best options.

We use Webex on a day-to-day basis for meetings. It's helpful to get everyone on the same page. It has many good features and is easy to use, but for web developers or people in IT, it's a little difficult to work with the shared screen feature. Overall, I like the product.

The web application is good as it will give notifications to join meetings directly. It has helpful features like screen sharing and chatting. You can get a grid or detailed view if its a face-to-face meeting.

It is too hard to share screens and toggle if you are using multiple screens. You need to make sure every time you are sharing the right screen.
