The claims manager has been a pleasure to work with and to teach new hires. It's very user-friendly and has a quick turnaround in terms of how fast new hires can apply what they learn. It is cost-effective, which is always appreciated.

What do you like best about Claims Manager?
Claims Manager was easy to get up and running. New employees find that learning to use this software is easier compared to similar software. I found the tutorials especially helpful in teaching or showing examples.

There is not much I did not like. The only thing I feel could be improved upon is customer service. They are hard to get in contact with, and they do not always have the help needed.
