We had to manually upload invoices into Excel, which led to a lot of human error. Now, we have easy access to invoices through the opportunities available in ClearBooks, and the process is much more streamlined. Reporting information has improved tenfold. We can now drill down on the data to gain real insight into what the numbers mean. We had issues with matching expenses to projects and timely billing. After using the ClearBooks Accounting software, the billing process is very smooth and saves us a lot of time in figuring out the hours and expenses for projects. ClearBooks has a very powerful support team and a very short response time.
