It is almost impossible to file GST returns in minutes without this software. The reconciliation we can get from this software is perfect and very simple.

ClearTax delivers almost everything it promises. In fact, the price is very competitive and there are tons of features. The only thing I found lacking is the integrity of the software when you need it the most. During deadline times, the software is practically difficult to use due to heavy usage from all clients.

This software is used by me to file day-to-day GST returns for my clients. It is regularly updated to the latest scheme and also provides suggestions for better filing. Additionally, this software generates excellent reports that are generally not possible with other software.

Was able to check ITC as per GSTR-2B while preparing GSTR-3B. This helped me save tax for my clients.

The platform was a bit slow on the day of deadlines due to high traffic. Server capacity should be increased to handle high traffic.

I think the software is designed for CAs, CSs, and high-class tax professionals, but it is not suitable for small tax professionals. Therefore, I recommend using this software only if you have a large volume of taxation work.

Best online software with a large number of reports, options for data migration from other software like Tally. Easy invoicing features, data fill-up in returns, downloading comparative analysis of ITC, viewing ledger balances, and a superb dashboard for return filing status of all clients. A must for all CAs.

Pathetic service. The free version is better than the premium version. There are not many features for paying extra. Plus, the support is the worst I've ever experienced. In my opinion, one should not buy the software and should use its free features only.

It is very user-friendly, and the best feature is the software's speed. No matter how much data is stored, the speed of importing returns from the government portal is exceptional. It is a cloud-based platform, so whenever I want to see my data, I just open the browser and access it.

I would recommend the ClearTax team to include functionalities like GSTR 6, credit register, and TDS and TCS returns. This will make the software more suitable for a medium-sized organization. The software doesn't have the facility for preparing a tax credit register or TDS/TCS returns. ClearTax doesn't populate month-wise data of previous period returns, making legacy data upload challenging.
