"I have been using the ClickBack WEB for a long time to track the nature of website traffic. The tool aided us to identify companies who visit our website, and from which industry. With the help of a detailed reporting tool, we were able to track the average time spent by each visitor on individual pages. This helped us understand our top-performing pages and also pages that did not perform well. ClickBack WEB also facilitates the export of the data of website visitors, and their contact details too. Needless to mention about their customer support. The replies and support from their end are spot-on. On the other hand, sometimes the tool doesn't respond properly, especially in the case of the scoring system. Sometimes we felt the visitor's data isn't accurate, as they do not show all the companies visited except for the ones they have in their database. And on the cost side, it is a bit expensive".

Clickback is a great B2B tool to increase sales through leads
Love the fact that Clickback e-mails me alerts of critical activity in case I forget to log in. Real-time information and analytics on website activity. Clickback allows you not just the ability to make informed decisions but has a nice way to filter sort and even gather up to date contact names. We often see visits from email campaigns and PPC that have hit the site and not converted for whatever reason. By identifying them we can follow up and know that they have been on our site helps open conversations for our sale staff to begin building relationships with the buyer. The data tool is also really helpful. Clickback has definitely helped us increase overall sales conversion.

What I like about Clickback is that you can see the various companies that are visiting your company in real time. It's a really handy tool. Clickback helps you automate assigning certain visitors as lead, competitor, a client simply by uploading lists. The intelligence the site can give you is amazing, so far and beyond Google analytics. Pretty easy to set up. Clickback is, of course, great for getting new leads but is also great to have a warning when a current customer is showing new interest or looking to engage. This platform has some great potential and some great functionality.
