An online documentation tool with everything I need
When we collected a lot of documentation scattered around the company, we had to find a solution. I'm glad I found ClickHelp because all our documents are now stored and managed in a central place. It is very convenient. We easily imported all text documents (including the most used formats like PDF and MS Word). If some documents need to be revised, it is also quickly done.

Best Choice
It is awesome that we use ClickHelp! We spent a lot of time choosing a tool for our company and had several trials. The main advantage for us is simplicity. We don’t like spending too much time on routine processes; they should be convenient above all.

What do you like best about ClickHelp?
These guys have a great support team! I had some questions, and I reached out to them - I got all the answers very quickly. To me, that is a big deal when people care about their clients. They have wide integration options. I use Google Analytics to see how readers interact with my documentation. It is a wonderful solution to use one of their ready-made templates. The difference is not only in colors; each template has its own structure - for example, some templates have a TOC (table of contents), while others do not. It depends on your document which template to choose. And I like the way the review process is organized - reviewers cannot change texts; they just leave comments, and authors can answer them. It is clear what has been corrected and what has not.
What do you dislike about ClickHelp?
It took me a couple of days to get used to the tool. Though it is intuitive, I needed time to get used to new things.

Great for a team
1. In my company, we create piles of documents. In the majority of cases, it involves collaborative work, and it has always been a real mess. God, which version was the last? Where are the corrections? Who made them? With ClickHelp, it is different. The document workflow is perfect and precise. Everything we have is under control. Finally. 2. As we are a big team, we have to be very careful with everything we do. We limit access to documentation. We limit the functions of each user as we care who can publish the document, who can update the content, and who can read it. No more mess in our documents. 3. It is easy to customize the table of contents. We all know that there are different categories of end-users. Some of them need more information than others. In this tool, we use special conditions to omit or include specific topics for specific readers. 4. It was easy to transfer all our documents to ClickHelp. All our documents were in different formats. Some were created long ago, and some have just been created. Some projects were quite specific and required specific formats as well. Many factors, you know. Now, all of the files are in one database.
What do you like best about ClickHelp?
Our workflow has improved. We created a huge database for all our docs, which is super effective and convenient. It is a good solution for a team of technical writers. I really enjoy working when everything is structured and in order.
What do you dislike about ClickHelp?
Hm... I guess, right now, I do not see any.
