I am currently working with more than 5 domains registered from BigRock. Price for the domains are reasonable and I have got good service and response from my clients. BigRock is better than GoDaddy in my opinion.

Choosing a domain wasn't difficult because there are so many options available, however the availability of 24/7 Support wasn't met and there were challenges getting in touch with the appropriate support person. This needs to be addressed.

No issue with wordpress hosting, Zero issues in the last two years which I have faced. Has improved our productivity a lot.

File sync needs to improve, especially regarding file sizes. Some features can be expensive and even unfeasible for smaller companies. Some services require a very robust internet.

There are none. I feel they can improve on speed though, but other than that, it is good.

Don't go for their plans. They will suspend your account. if you are having a website with more than 1000 -2000 users per month. Most of the time websites are down we need to connect with the support team to get these issues resolved
