Cloud telephony and IVRS has been extremely helpful. The client support is one of the best aspects that one would receive when associated with this software. They have been very helpful and generous in terms of time. The entire platform is user friendly, and the interface easy. There aren't any unnecessary long term commitments and now that this software has been deployed by my staff, they don't want to look at any other competitor. Just grateful for having found this ivrs system in time. I run a 42 year old insurance industry and my business prospects have grown ever since we retained this software. Very glad to have started using it and would recommend it to colleagues.
